Lynda Ashton is a business leader and commercial media lawyer with extensive experience in the media industry, particularly in rights management, global co-production, and distribution. They have held significant roles at the BBC, including Senior Manager and Team Lead for Commissioning in Children’s & Education, and have also served in various legal and managerial capacities across multiple organizations. Lynda's past experiences include positions at the Office of Fair Trading and Endemol Shine Group, as well as education at Penn State University and The University of Law. Currently, they lead the Commissioning department within BBC Children’s & Education.
