Mandy Combes is currently the Head of Operations for BBC M&A's creative division and serves as a media fellow at Birmingham City University. They previously held leadership roles at Red Bee Media as Head of Operations and Promotions, and at BBC Broadcast Ltd as Head of Business Development. Their career in the BBC began as Head of Creative Services, and they have also contributed as a Creative Director and Producer. Mandy is pursuing degrees in Management and Leadership at Ashridge Business School and the University of Reading, alongside a BA (Hons) in Film & TV from the University of Westminster.
