Martin Smith

Martin Smith is currently an Executive Editor at BBC Audio, where they lead a vibrant creative team in Cardiff, having successfully relocated over 20 staff from London. Since January 2022, Martin has been instrumental in developing award-winning podcasts and documentaries, including notable formats such as "Uncharged" and "Unexpected Elements," which has become the highest downloaded show on the BBC World Service. They have also served as an Executive Producer, further showcasing their expertise in audio and digital media. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Oxford.
