Matt Cadman

Matt Cadman is the Founder of Lite RADIO and a Senior Studio Director at the BBC, with extensive experience in the broadcast media industry. They launched Lite RADIO in December 2021, successfully securing a digital broadcast license and implementing a strategy for sustainable growth and community engagement. Cadman has also worked as a presenter for BFBS since 2016 and has a background in real estate investment through Matt Cadman Property. With over 11 years in media and leadership roles, Cadman is noted for their strong people and project management skills, as well as a commitment to community and social responsibility.
