Matt Hammond is a Lead R&D Engineer at BBC, where they have been working since 2017, leading a team focused on TV application environment technologies. Prior to this role, Matt served as a Senior Research Engineer at BBC from 2011 to 2017 and has contributed to the DVB Project as Chair of the TM-CSS technical module working group since 2016. Matt holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the University of York, which they earned from 1997 to 2001.
