Matt Hunter has extensive experience in communications, holding various roles at the BBC from August 2019 to July 2024, including Head of Communications, Planning & Strategic Communications, Corporate Affairs Manager, and Senior Communications Specialist in the BBC Press Office. Prior to this, Matt held multiple positions at St John Ambulance from October 2014 to February 2017, including PR Officer and Internal Communications Officer. Matt's early career included a Communications Industrial Placement at Leonardo from June 2011 to September 2012. Educationally, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Aston University and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications & Public Relations from the University of Leeds.
