Megan McQueen

Megan McQueen is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the music and event industries. Currently serving as a Marketing Executive at BBC and previously as a Marketing Coordinator, Megan also holds the position of Press Coordinator at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival. With a background in social media and marketing for Scottish Women Inventing Music, Megan is dedicated to promoting gender equality within the music sector. Prior roles include Digital Marketing Coordinator at the University of Strathclyde, Producer at Modern Human Media, and various marketing positions at DF Concerts & Events and Smarter Digital Marketing. Megan's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Popular Music Studies from the University of Glasgow, a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from UHI, and an HND in Music from North East Scotland College.
