Michael Habib

Michael Habib is an accomplished academic and consultant with a diverse background in medicine and animation. Currently serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, Michael also works as an Animation Consultant for SILVERBACK FILMS and the BBC, contributing to projects like the acclaimed miniseries Prehistoric Planet. As a Research Associate at both the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Michael engages in significant scientific research and education. Additionally, Michael acts as an Expert Witness for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, specializing in anatomical science analysis for major crimes. With a PhD in Functional Anatomy from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and extensive teaching experience, Michael is recognized for both academic contributions and expertise in visual storytelling within scientific contexts.
