Michelle McInnes is currently the Head of Human Resources for the Technology group at the BBC, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of HR and Senior Business Partner at the BBC from 2019 to 2022. They also held various HR roles at Grant Thornton UK LLP, managing the HR function and developing strategic business initiatives from 2004 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as an HR Advisor at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 1998 to 2002, providing HR services across Scotland. Michelle is pursuing education at Glasgow Caledonian University and holds a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring.
