Mike Chapman

Mike Chapman is a quality-focused technical leader with over 20 years of experience in Quality, Change Transition, Release, and Service Management, as well as application migration and support. Currently, Mike serves as the Service Transition and Platform Manager at the BBC, overseeing the Service Transition processes and ITSM support teams. Previously, Mike held various roles including Director at MTC Consulting, Senior Quality/Release Manager at Betfair, and Software Configuration Manager at Ford Motor Company. Mike earned a Master’s degree in Business and Strategic Leadership with distinction from Cranfield University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of East Anglia.
