Miranda Marcus is a digital innovation leader with over 10 years of experience in developing data and AI technologies across health, science, and media. They are currently a Visiting Lecturer at Central Saint Martins and an Advisory Board Member for the Mayor of London. Miranda has previously held significant roles at the BBC, including Head of Product & AI and Lead Research & Development Producer, where they spearheaded projects like the BBC's first audience-facing generative AI trial. They have received multiple awards for their innovations, including the BBC News 'Outstanding Innovation' Award in 2024. Miranda studied Graphic Media Design and holds a Master of Science in Digital Anthropology from UCL.
