Molly Elliston

Molly Elliston is a Leadership Development Manager with extensive experience in fostering relationships across sectors to implement innovative workforce solutions. Previously, they served as a Talent and Development Business Partner at Capital City College Group, where they led initiatives in leadership development, DEI, and employee wellbeing. Molly also held roles as a Learning and Development Manager for both Tate and the London Borough of Merton, where they transformed learning functions and implemented effective training programs. They are currently a Leadership Development Partner at the BBC, building on their robust background in human resources management and creative arts obtained from Middlesex University and Edinburgh College of Art.
