Morteza Rakhtala

Morteza Rakhtala is a Creative Director and Digital Marketing Strategist with extensive experience in the animation industry. They served as the CEO and Founder of Paper Whale Studio, where they oversee the development of projects from initial ideas through to completion, coordinating with teams on design and production. Morteza previously held significant roles at various animation studios, including as Art Director for BBC and directing design teams at OK Film Animation Studio and Parsima Animation Studio. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Unreal Engine.
