Murray John

Murray John is an experienced Animation Director who has been in the industry since 1996. They have co-run an animation company and directed teams to deliver a variety of projects, including commercials, music videos, and live visuals for concerts. Murray's proficiency in applications such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is complemented by their current implementation of ZBrush and Blender in their workflow. They freelance as an Animation Director and teach Drawing Fundamentals and Digital Art at the School for Video Games Films and Animation at Birmingham City University. Previously, they held notable positions at companies like BBC and Ironbound Films Inc and directed animations for high-profile projects, including concert visuals for The Rolling Stones and ACDC.
