Nick Wilcox is the Legal Director for Litigation and Information Rights at the BBC, where they oversee litigation matters. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Solicitor at RPC and Head of Litigation at the BBC, as well as a Solicitor specializing in Commercial Litigation at Herbert Smith Freehills. Nick completed a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and French at the University of Exeter and earned their CPE and LPC in Law from the College of Law, Chester.
