Nigel Lewis

Nigel Lewis has built a robust career in employee relations and policy, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations Policy and Reward at BBC since February 2016, where previous roles included Director of Employee Relations and Head of Employee Relations & Policy. Prior to BBC, Nigel held the position of Head of Employee Relations & Policy at TSB from January 2013 to September 2015. Nigel's expertise in the field also includes experience as Head of Retail Employee Relations & Policy and Head of Retail HR Operations at Lloyds Banking Group from June 2008 to January 2013. Nigel Lewis completed education at Grosvenor High School in Bath from 1980 to 1986.
