Nikki Severs

Nikki Severs is a seasoned reward specialist currently serving as the Group Reward Director at the BBC. With a career spanning over two decades, they have held various significant roles including Head of Reward & HR Insights at AXA UK and Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt. Nikki has a proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring successful outcomes across diverse industries. Currently, Nikki also contributes as an Independent Member of the Remuneration & Nominations Committee at The Science Museum Group and serves as a co-opted member of the Remuneration Committee at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
