Paul Moore is an accomplished professional in the music rights and entertainment sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the leader of Music Rights & Reporting at BBC since May 2019, Paul is instrumental in managing the BBC's music library and advancing music use strategy across the organization. As the owner of P3M Media since 2002, Paul provides consultancy services on music rights, licensing, and royalty issues. Previous roles at BBC Studios included managing the Music Reporting team and overseeing talent accounting, alongside extensive experience as a business manager and director in various entertainment companies. Paul’s expertise is backed by a robust educational foundation from Bishop of Llandaff HS.
