Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips is a seasoned programme and product manager with extensive experience in media, technology, and organisational change. Currently serving as a Programme Manager in the BBC Strategy and Transformation Office, Paul has taken on roles such as Product Manager for BBC's iPlayer and news platforms, focusing on enhancing personalised recommendations and streaming services. Previous experiences include leading livestreaming product management for BBC digital platforms and managing a substantial portfolio of technology projects at Barclays, where Paul also held senior roles in risk management and organisational change. Paul’s earlier tenure at BAE Systems and United Biscuits showcased a robust foundation in project management and team leadership. Paul holds an MBA from both Alliance Manchester Business School and Emory University, alongside a BSc in Management Sciences from The London School of Economics.
