Phil Moses

Phil Moses is an experienced Senior Product Manager at BBC since November 2022, leading the Short Form Video initiative within the Web Playback group of Web Experiences. Prior to this, Phil served as Senior Product Owner at CDL Software from March 2020 to November 2022, managing the Kingfisher product within Data Services, and previously held the position of Product Owner focusing on Communication and Workflow, Claims, and New Business in the Insurance Retail family. Phil's earlier experience includes a role as Strategic Product Manager at Social Care Network Solutions Limited from April 2012 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing updates to the Charms system and managing testing and release processes. Phil also held positions as Lead Account Manager and CHARMS Consultant at Trafford MBC, as well as Data Analyst and CHARMS Administrator at Manchester City Council. Phil holds a Master of Arts in Ancient World Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Classics from The University of Manchester. Education was completed at Whitgift School.
