Phill Waite

Phill Waite is an experienced professional in audience management and research within the media industry. Since February 2018, Phill has served as the Head of Audiences for BBC Sport & 5 Live, where responsibilities include overseeing audience engagement strategies. Prior to this role, Phill worked at MediaCom from September 2007 to January 2018 as the Head of Behavioural Science, managing research projects across the MediaCom North Group. Earlier experience includes positions at Bauer Media as a Research Executive/Senior Executive, focusing on sales arguments for advertisers and brand tracking. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bradford and further studies in statistics and marketing.
