Rachel Currie has a wealth of experience in the HR field, having worked at BBC for over two decades in various roles such as HR Director BBC Resources Ltd and currently serving as Director of Employment. With a degree in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Glasgow, Rachel is now responsible for leading various key areas such as Employee Relations, Employment Policy, Reward, Diversity, and Shared Services at BBC.
