Richard Lawson

Richard Lawson is an award-winning journalist with a passion for politics, currently serving as a Leader in Residence at the University of Central Lancashire. They previously held various roles at the BBC, including Senior Broadcast Journalist, where they specialized in innovative storytelling and impactful interviews. In 2011, Richard was a Journalism Fellow at the Reuters Institute, producing a respected paper on media coverage of Osama bin Laden's death. They earned a Bachelor's degree in History and French from the University of Oxford, followed by an M.Phil in European Literature from the University of Cambridge.
