Rivca Rubin

Rivca Rubin is an experienced director and trainer with a strong background in cultural, educational, and health sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Upwording and Upwordi since January 2017, Rivca also holds joint artistic direction at Islington Mill and provides staff development training for Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a trainer and team development facilitator at Manchester Metropolitan University and York St John University, Rivca focuses on leadership coaching and team dynamics. Additionally, Rivca is involved in coaching and facilitating action learning for the Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy Programme at Cause 4 and co-designs the Level 3 Creative Leadership Programme for the BBC. With a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioural Sciences from the University of Huddersfield and extensive experience in relational dynamics coaching, Rivca is committed to enhancing professional fulfillment and effective teamwork across various organizations.
