Robert Wells

Robert Wells is a Senior Software Engineer at the BBC, where they develop analytics middleware while coaching and mentoring team members. Previously, Robert worked as a programmer at Blue Beck Ltd., contributing to various mobile applications and educational games. They also served as a Junior Client Coder at Playdemic Limited, where they developed features for the game Village Life. Robert has experience as a Cultural Ambassador and Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, promoting cultural exchange and English language skills. They hold a BSc with Honours in Computer Games Software Development from the University of Bolton and are currently pursuing a Master's in Cyber Security at Northumbria University.
