Romana Pugh

Romana Pugh is a Prosci-certified Head of Change at the BBC, specialising in culture and behavioural change. Previously, Romana served as a Business Change Technical Specialist at the Financial Conduct Authority, leading transformation programmes and enhancing change capability within the organisation from 2015 to 2022. Romana's early career included roles at PwC UK, where they managed change initiatives across various industries, and at Women's Aid as a Refuge Coordinator and Advice Centre Counsellor. Romana also contributed to the United Nations as a consultant, assisting in the development of an internal website while studying at Cambridge University. Romana holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
