Sanjiv Dodeja

Sanjiv Dodeja is a highly accomplished Senior IT leader currently serving as the Head of IT and Architecture at the BBC, where they lead a multifunctional team and oversee the strategic direction of a critical technology estate. With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, Sanjiv has successfully directed complex IT transformations, notably implementing key technology change programmes that significantly enhance revenue. They previously held leadership roles at Capita IT Services, Rave Technologies, and Amey, where they demonstrated a strong ability to manage cross-organizational projects and deliver substantial business results. Sanjiv earned their M.Eng. in Information, Communication, and Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
