Seb Barwell

Seb Barwell is a seasoned Scripted Comedy Producer with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. They began their career at the University of Oxford, where they earned a BA in English with First-Class honors. After producing comedy and drama at Angel Eye from 2004 to 2011, Seb transitioned to Roughcut TV, where they worked as a Producer in Scripted Comedy until 2021. Currently, they serve as a Commissioning Editor in Comedy at the BBC, continuing to shape comedic storytelling across various platforms. Additionally, Seb freelanced as a Producer from 2011 to 2012, further honing their expertise in the field.
