Simone Marquis

Simone Marquis is the Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer at BBC, where they lead initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. Previously, Simone held several key roles, including Group Head of Talent Strategy (interim) at Marks and Spencer and Group Head of Talent, Leadership & Succession at BT. With a strong consulting background from CEB and extensive experience in talent development at EE, Simone has a proven track record of driving cultural and strategic change across various organizations. Their entrepreneurial spirit also led to the founding of Get The Antidote Limited, aimed at challenging the traditional approaches to inclusion and leadership. Simone earned a degree in Marketing from the University of Brighton.
