Sinead Cassidy (Mullarky) currently serves as Talent Portfolio Manager at BBC since August 2021, following a role as Early Careers Talent Partner at Coventry University from July 2017 to August 2021, where Sinead led various early talent initiatives including graduate and apprenticeship programs. Prior to this, Sinead developed and managed the Apprenticeship programme at Coventry University Group and worked as a Product Manager at OCR from 2014 to July 2017, focusing on apprenticeship product management. Sinead also held the position of Employer Account Manager at the National Apprenticeship Service from September 2012 to June 2014, assisting large employers with apprenticeship policies and skills implementation. Earlier roles include Business Relationship Manager at Warwickshire College from March 2009 to September 2012, where Sinead provided guidance on employer delivery programs. Sinead holds a BA (Hons) in Business from the University of Wolverhampton and has received training from The Performance Coach.
