Sophie Cook

Sophie Cook is an experienced broadcasting professional with a diverse background in radio and event management. Beginning a career at Takeover Radio as a Presenter/Producer, Sophie progressed to roles such as Head of Events at Smoke Radio, where event organization and multi-platform integration were key responsibilities. Notably, Sophie served as a Communities Senior Journalist at BBC Leicester, leading notable campaigns and fostering community partnerships. Additional experience includes work with major organizations like the Special Olympics and Festival Republic, as well as a strong educational foundation with a BTEC in Media Production and a Bachelor's in Radio Production from the University of Westminster.
