Stephen Neal is an experienced multi-camera studio and outside broadcast director with three decades of directing experience at the BBC, primarily in live formats across various genres including factual, music, entertainment, and news. Currently serving as a Consultant Director for BBC Media Action, they work internationally with broadcasters in Ukraine and Estonia, developing innovative programming and formats. Previously, as a Series Live Director at BBC Studios, Stephen directed numerous high-profile live shows, such as The One Show and Eurovision. Stephen holds a degree in Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
