Talbinder Kaur has a diverse background in investigation and training, with significant experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Whistleblowing Specialist at the BBC since April 2025, Talbinder is responsible for managing and investigating whistleblowing reports to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Previous roles include Lead Investigator at the Independent Office for Police Conduct from October 2014 to January 2023, focusing on investigations related to police conduct and serious incidents. Additionally, Talbinder has held the position of Investigator at Lloyds Banking Group since January 2023 and has been an Independent Panel Member at HS2 LTD since December 2016, assessing funding applications. The training career spans from 2010 to the present, with expertise in counter-terrorism training and leadership development, alongside a consultancy role with West Midlands Police.
