Terry Underhill

Terry Underhill is the Executive Editor at BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, BBC Radio Norfolk, and BBC Radio Suffolk. They began their career in UK radio at the age of 17 with Radio City in Liverpool and subsequently held various significant roles, including Programme Director and breakfast presenter at several major stations. Underhill was integral in the success of the first GMG radio station, Real Radio in Cardiff, and later served as Group Programme Director for UTV, achieving record-breaking audiences. They continued their career at Bauer Media Group before returning to the BBC in September 2023. An accomplished interviewer, Underhill has engaged with numerous high-profile music stars throughout their career.
