Thomas Messenger

Thomas Messenger is the Head of Political and Parliamentary Engagement at the BBC, bringing extensive experience as a senior public affairs consultant and political campaigner across various sectors, including cultural, broadcasting, third sector, and energy industries. Prior to their current role, Thomas held positions such as Associate Director at Engine MHP and Account Director at ENGINE MHP. They began their career in public affairs at Tetra Strategy and have worked with MHP Communications in multiple roles. Thomas earned an LLB in Law from the University of Warwick and completed their GCSEs and A-Levels at Keswick School.
