Thomas Woods

Thomas Woods is a seasoned broadcast journalist currently working as a Senior Broadcast Journalist at BBC since August 2016. Prior to this role, Thomas held various editorial positions at The National from August 2008 to August 2016, including Sports Editor, Deputy Sports Editor, and Football Editor. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sub-editor and Designer at Express Newspapers, covering the Sports desk for Daily Star Sunday and Sunday Express from March 2005 to August 2008. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Leeds, completed in 2005, and A Levels in French, English, and Art from Clitheroe Royal Grammar School.
