Tom Phillips is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the technology and broadcasting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at BBC since June 2014, Tom specializes in managing web and app development projects using an agile scrum approach within the Broadcast Systems Development team. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Virgin Media from January 2011 to June 2014 as a Project Manager for Digital Entertainment, where significant contributions were made to large-scale Agile projects, notably the London Underground WiFi Portal. Earlier experience includes project management at United Business Media, facilitating the migration of multiple customer management websites, and business analysis roles at TUI UK and Intel Corporation. Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems Management from Bournemouth University.
