Tom Wrathmell

Tom Wrathmell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and management within the media and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of Across the UK Strategy and Chairman of UK Radioplayer Ltd, Tom has held various strategic roles at BBC since January 2013, including Head of Special Projects and Head of Radio and Music Strategy. Prior experience includes senior consulting with ESP Consulting, focusing on strategy and regulatory consulting for European utility companies, and involvement in significant projects at PA Consulting Group within the Global Energy Practice. Tom has also contributed as a Trustee team member for the European Commission on competition issues and has engaged in leadership roles at Oxford University Student Union and Oxford Student Services Limited. Tom holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Oxford and is currently pursuing executive education at Henley Business School.
