Tracey Gallagher is a senior communications specialist with over 20 years of experience in internal and external communications, media relations, and public relations for esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement at BBC Culture, Tracey leads strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and manage change programs. Their previous roles include Internal Communications & Engagement Lead at BBC Sport and Publicist at BBC North, where they developed impactful communication strategies and managed high-profile publicity campaigns. Tracey also has freelance experience and has held positions as a Senior Press Officer at Granada Sky Broadcasting and ITV.
