Anna Dimes is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources spanning over two decades. Beginning as an HR Advisor at Hewitt Associates from January 2000 to September 2002, Anna progressed to various roles including HR Systems Analyst at Dixons Retail and Consultant at Grass Roots. Anna served as an HR Business Partner at BBC from October 2018 to June 2020 and held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Blackhawk Network from January 2017 to June 2018. Notably, Anna briefly assumed the role of Head of HR at BBC in August 2025. Anna obtained a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London from 1995 to 1998.
