Amy Lloyd started their work experience in 2003 as a Human Resources Assistant/Accounting Assistant at Patuxent Companies, where they processed new hires, employee changes, and terminations, as well as assisted with weekly payroll and benefits procedures. Amy then worked as a Human Resource Administrator/Bookkeeper at Fleck Machine Company from 2004 to 2007, where they handled all aspects of human resources and accounting. In 2007, they became a Small Business Owner at Lloyd's Business Services, offering accounting services and human resources consulting to small businesses. From 2009 to 2011, Amy worked as an Inclusion Helper/Substitute Teacher at Harford County Public Schools, supporting special needs students in an all-inclusive classroom. Amy then joined Mering & Schlitz as a Business Manager from 2011 to 2013, where they managed various functions including human resources, accounting, and executive tasks. Finally, they became the Corporate Resources Manager at Blood Bank Computer Systems, Inc. (BBCS) in 2013.

Amy Lloyd has a strong educational background in the field of business administration and human resources. Amy obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their studies between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their academic achievements, Amy has also obtained two certifications in the field of human resources.
