Jana Barclay is a UX Strategist and Product Designer with a strong background in the design industry. Jana has served as the UX Lead at BBD since 2020, focusing on crafting human-centric digital experiences based on extensive research. Previously, they were Head at KLCK Creative from 2004 to 2022, where they specialized in management, creative strategy, and client liaison. Jana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Design with Honours in Visual Communication from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2004.
