Peter Searle is the current CEO of BBD Group, an international software development company that has expanded from South Africa to a global presence with nearly 900 employees. Having started as a junior developer over 30 years ago, Peter has held various roles across the development lifecycle, guiding BBD through significant technological transitions from traditional architectures to modern cloud-based solutions. In addition to their leadership at BBD, Peter serves as a Non Executive Director since 2022. An advocate for diversity and equality, Peter is committed to empowering individuals in the tech sector while enjoying hobbies like surfing, cycling, and cooking.
