Nikki Davis

Nikki Davis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nikki started their career at The Container Store in 2012 as a Sales/Visual Merchandising associate, where they helped customers with organizational solutions and cross-selling. In 2013, they joined Cypress HCM as a Technology and Creative Recruiter, gaining expertise in various roles and building a professional network. From 2015 to 2019, Nikki worked at Crown & Caliber as an HR Manager, establishing the company's HR department and implementing policies and employee engagement initiatives. Nikki also took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, developing recruitment strategies and fostering relationships with hiring managers. In 2019, Nikki joined Vivid IP as an Office Manager, overseeing internal operations, marketing, and branding efforts. In this role, they created marketing materials, managed a monthly newsletter, and collaborated with leadership on various projects. Currently, they are working as a People Specialist at BBDO Atlanta, where they have revamped onboarding materials, written articles for employee wikis, and updated job descriptions to align with agency values.

Nikki Davis attended The University of Alabama from 2007 to 2011. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Telecommunication and Film.
