In 2007, they joined BRUNNER as a copywriter before moving to space150 as a senior copywriter. Eric then joined Martin Williams in 2011 as a senior copywriter and advanced to the role of Senior Copywriter/ACD. In 2017, they became a creative director at Martin Williams Advertising and continued in this role until 2022. Currently, they are working as a creative director at BBDO MW since 2023.
