Neil White has over 30 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Neil currently serves as the President & CEO of BBDO Minneapolis, a position they have held since 2008. In this role, Neil leads the agency in developing innovative and successful marketing campaigns for clients such as 3M, Andersen Windows, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and Hormel Foods.

Prior to their current role, Neil worked as the Senior Vice President at ACLC Inc. from 2002 to 2008. During this time, they played a key role in developing marketing communications for Canwest Interactive and Sun Life Financial Insurance, as well as overseeing agency operations and new business opportunities.

Before joining ACLC Inc., Neil served as an Account Director at BBDO Canada from 2000 to 2002. Neil led successful marketing strategies for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission, as well as managing marketing communications for Wrigley Brands.

Neil also gained experience as an Account Director at J Walter Thompson from 1999 to 2000, where they managed client portfolios for Adams (a division of Warner Lambert) and Shell Canada. Neil successfully launched new products and implemented international campaigns for these clients.

Prior to their time at J Walter Thompson, Neil worked as an Account Director at Bozell Wilsenach Africa from 1997 to 1999, where they managed clients such as DaimlerChrysler and Chrysler Jeep Dealers Association. Neil implemented communication plans and worked closely with the international team.

Neil's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Product Manager at ABSA Bank from 1994 to 1997, where they implemented new positioning and marketing campaigns to grow the bank's share in the business market. Neil also served as a Product Manager at FNB South Africa from 1988 to 1994, where they managed electronic banking products and led the development of an industry-first electronic payment and collection system.

Overall, Neil White has a strong track record of developing successful marketing strategies, launching new products, and driving growth for their clients.

Neil White has an extensive education history. Neil obtained a degree in Marketing, specifically a Master of Science (MSc), from the University of Leicester, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in Economics & Business from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, attending from 1995 to 1998. Neil also holds a Diploma in Marketing (Dip MktM) from the IMM Graduate School of Marketing (SA), which they completed between 1988 and 1992.

In terms of further professional development, Neil completed the Omnicom U - SMP (Senior Management Program) at Babson College from 2015 to 2016. Neil also briefly attended Harvard University in 2018 to study Leadership Coaching Strategies, although they did not earn a degree in this field. Additionally, Neil obtained a certification in Causal Diagrams from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in March 2019.
