Susanna Düsing

Susanna Düsing is currently the CFO and Head of Talents & Culture at DDB Wien and BBDO Wien, where they oversee organizational growth and talent management. Previously, they served as a Client Service Director at DDB Wien and were an Account Director at both Jung von Matt and Reichl und Partner Communications Group. Susanna began their career as a Junior Consultant at Ventacc Unternehmensberatung. They earned a master’s degree in International Business from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, and participated in an international management exchange program at Universiteit Maastricht.
