David Abramson

David Abramson serves as General Counsel for BBDO Worldwide since March 2006, overseeing legal affairs for a global advertising network with over $2 billion in billings and 17,000+ employees across 287 offices. Responsibilities include advising senior management on governance, strategic planning, and risk assessment, as well as managing a legal team of 20. Prior to BBDO, David Abramson was a Partner at Davis & Gilbert LLP from July 1996 to March 2006, where significant contributions were made in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions for Omnicom Group. David Abramson holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Binghamton University.
