Lara Tennison

Lara Tennison has a wealth of experience in the advertising industry, starting their career at DDB Chicago in 1997 as a Group Account Director. Lara then moved to Energy BBDO in 2006, where they held various roles, including EVP, Director of Energy BBDO Brand Experience and eventually becoming the EVP, Director of Operations for SC Johnson and the EVP, Director of Global Operations for Mars Inc. During their time at Energy BBDO, Lara was responsible for managing commercial relationships, contract negotiations, and annual scoping and fee development. Lara also led the development of standardized processes and systems across multiple markets. In 2023, Lara joined BBDO Worldwide as the EVP, Omnicom Integrated Operations Lead, where they are responsible for overseeing all operational aspects for the company's largest holding company client.

Lara Tennison obtained a BA in English Literature from the University of Chicago.
