Evi Pilavaki

Evi Pilavaki started their work experience as a Legal Trainee/Advocate at RICOS N. EROTOCRITOU & CO in September 2011. During this time, they gained experience in court appearances, handling cases in various areas of law such as contract and banking, and participating in hearing proceedings. In June 2013, they moved on to work at ARETI CHARIDEMOU & ASSOCIATES LLC as an Advocate-Legal Consultant. In this role, they represented local developers and foreign investors in negotiating and concluding commercial transactions and joint ventures related to real estate projects. Evi also drafted various legal documents and coordinated with other lawyers for commercial transactions. Their most recent position is as Chief Legal Officer at bbf, starting in September 2019.

Evi Pilavaki's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Law from The University of Sheffield, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Evi then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in International Criminology from the same institution, completing it in 2011. In 2013, Evi obtained a certification in the Implementation of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) in Cyprus from Harneys Aristodemou, Loizides, Yiolitis LLC. Evi further expanded their knowledge in 2014 by obtaining a certification in the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing from GP Global Ltd. Currently, Evi is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the CIIM - Cyprus International Institute of Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
